Registration fees

* Must be a student at the time of the conference and include name/e-mail of faculty advisor to qualify

Included in the registration fee for ITS members, Non-members and Students

• Access to all keynote addresses, oral and poster presentations, and symposia throughout conference 
• Industry Seminar, 10 July
• Welcome Reception on Sunday evening, 10 July
• Daily tea/coffee hour mid-morning and mid-afternoon (11, 12, and 14 July) and mid-morning (15 July)
• Lunch 11-15 July 
• Late-afternoon cocktail reception with authors during poster sessions (11 and 12 July)
• Special Dr. James Beard Recognition Session Monday evening, 11 July
• Full-day technical tours including lunch on Wednesday, 13 July
• BBQ Dinner, and-guided research tour to experimental facilities at DLF Seeds and Science research station in Store Heddinge, Late afternoon and evening, 13 July

• A number of accompanying persons tour on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (12, 13 and 215 July) will be suggested and arranged for by a separate company. The tours are not included in the accompanying person registration package

A number of hotel rooms have been reserved for the conference participants at the following hotels:

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at info@cap-partner.eu.
Cancellations postmarked before and on 15 May 2022 will be refunded deducting administration fee of € 30.
After 15 May 2022, registration fees and hotel bookings are non-refundable.

If the conference is cancelled due to the global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded.

If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
 

SHARING OF CONTACT INFORMATION

CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and data will be treated by ITRC2022 only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the registration, as well as information about ITRC2022. 
Each participant receives a name badge onsite carrying the first name and the family name of the participant.


PAYMENT & VAT TERMS

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address is entered during the process.
